This mock fruit-label painting was my husband’s birthday gift last month. I combined iconic personal images and ideas: Uncle Frank’s famous watermelons, the family motto and Jerry on his beloved tractor (circa 1950-something.) I like the idea that this painting is uniquely Jerry’s.
